MD Weaver the Pest Reliever is a pest control company whose BBB profile describes commercial and residential pest control, termite control and wildlife services. It holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau and is accredited there. A recent customer credited a technician named Eric with keeping mice and carpenter ants out of their home, something they said no other pest company had managed in two decades. A customer dealing with bed bugs in a condo building wrote that Tom D and Pedro were kind and thorough. A 2026 customer said Eric responded promptly to a significant wasp infestation and offered organic alternatives. A 2026 reviewer wrote that they showed where the source was coming from, moved the refrigerator and stove, and put down bait. In a 2024 review, a customer said MD Weaver provided a same-day solution for active carpenter bees found when a knee wall was opened for HVAC renovation, at a cost they thought was reasonable. A 2025 customer wrote that Eric arrived early, and that a company they used for mice had referred them to MD Weaver because it was not certified for bats. A 2025 customer said a request for service got no response. A 2023 customer said a technician moved the stove while looking for pests and scratched their floors.
I have been so please with MDWeaver and especially with their tech Eric Who has (hopefully permanently ) eliminated mice and carpenter ants from entering my home. No other pest company that I’ve used over the last two decades was able to do that!
I am specifically writing a review for Tom D and Pedro. We are dealing with bed bugs in my condo building and they have both been incredibly kind and thorough. Every tech at MD Weaver should take their cues from Tom and Pedro.
Tom was very thorough and patient.
I highly recommend this company. Eric promptly responded to address a significant wasp infestation, effectively applying the necessary product. He demonstrated adherence to health regulations and offered organic alternatives with comprehensive follow-up, ultimately delivering exceptional service.
Excellent service. They showed me where the source was coming from. They moved my refrigerator, and my stove. They put down bait. So impressed
