A May 2026 customer credits Bill’s mosquito and tick treatments with making it possible to enjoy being outside again. They say he explained the treatment, answered questions and treated the property thoroughly. In April 2026, a customer who had worked with the company for at least four years described a quick response to a rat infestation and said Bill would refill traps within a day’s notice when needed. Another April reviewer says the team arrived on time for wasps in a vent, explained the situation and charged what that customer considered a reasonable price. There are also accounts of ongoing visits. An April 2026 customer says the crew helped get a fall mouse problem under control and that Joe answered questions during a spring checkup. Another that month describes quarterly service at a property beside a pond and marshy area, with extra visits included in that customer’s annual contract. They reported that their previous pest problems were no longer occurring and that spiders in the garage had been reduced. A separate April customer says the company fitted them into a busy schedule for wasps in a wall and fixed the problem. Older customers describe the timing and follow-up of particular treatments. In September 2025, a homeowner called on a Sunday about yellow jackets near a deck and entering the house. The worker arrived Tuesday morning, and the customer said the insects were gone overnight after treatment. In June 2024, a parent worried about hornets by the porch and an infant’s window said Bill came the same day and returned for another treatment when some remained. A customer writing in April 2024 described Bill’s rodent-control work over the previous three years, followed by expanded insect coverage. That customer said interim calls were covered by a quarterly payment plan and praised his explanations of the treatments.
