Matt was fantastic. Super professional the entire time and laid out exactly what he was going to do. Matt removed a softball sized yellow jacket nest from under my back porch. I am very impressed with Meerkat and will continue to use them in the future.

Kris was very thorough on his first visit. Personable and knowledgeable. He spends time with the customer to explain and if they have any questions. Very appreciative.

Ryan is amazing! Upon arrival he described in detail what his service would entail. He answered all of our questions. When Ryan was done he went over his service and shared his observations regarding any issues he observed while applying the materials. Meerkat has a valuable asset in Ryan. Michael not only was professional in his approach to everything, but was so knowledgeable about his work, products used and why. He answered every question asked with precision and in depth knowledge, further he went above and beyond to assure me of any fears I might have with regard to the extermination process. He clearly went above and beyond! This man knows every aspect of his job and has exemplary customer service skills. Being a retired older woman, his knowledge and demeanor put me right at ease regarding the task at hand. He’s absolutely manager material !!!

We were able to sign up and get on the schedule within two days! The technician showed up exactly at the beginning of our two hour time window, and was very informative and kind. We are new customers so I can’t speak to the effects of the extermination process, but so far everyone has been friendly and easy to work with, and has listened to our concerns. The cost is comparable to services we have had in the past at previous homes. So far I’m very pleased.
