Mel Martin Windows

Had replacement windows installed in November (2025) for the whole house. Very happy with the windows, very happy with the installation. However when recently trying to get information regarding energy efficiency tax refund information, it is very difficult to get a hold of someone from the company. It is holding up our tax refund submission and is very frustrating. A major reason for us replacing our windows.

Extremely pleased with our project completed by Mel Martin Windows LLC. Our front door had a significant amount of rot in the frame, brick mold and casing. Craig from Mel Martin came promptly for a quote. He carefully assessed the damage, created a plan to fix it and gave us solid pricing quotes for multiple scenarios. In the end, we opted to replace all the rotted casing material, installed an updated front door and associated side lites. Most impressive was his custom detail work on the exterior molding. To prevent future rot in this area, he reconstructed the highly detailed brick mold around our door using PVC molding that is now weather tight and looks exceptional. Craig is a true craftsman in every sense of the word, highly professional, punctual and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using them again!

Mel Martin Windows was an incredible company to work with! We had almost every window in our home replaced, and we were very happy with the quality and price. Not only was the job well done, but they were professional and very considerate. We have three children under the age of five, and they were extremely accommodating of nap time and our schedule, and adjusted their plans to meet the needs of our family, while still getting the job done in an efficient manner and with high quality. We would recommend them to anyone!

Our home was at an age where we needed to consider the replacement of our exterior siding, windows and deck. Mel Martin Windows was recommended to us. Mel was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns and very helpful in his recommendations as to how best to proceed with our projects. We are very grateful to Mel and extremely satisfied with the quality of the products, the workmanship and the fairness of the price that we were quoted. We highly recommend Mel Martin Windows!! Mel and his son, Craig, are absolutely top notch!!

If you need to replace your windows, these are your guys. Mel Martin Windows replaced all 17 of our original windows, and we love the efficiency and beauty of the Harvey windows they installed. From initial consultation to measurement to installation, the process was seamless. Mel and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient -- and reasonably priced for reputation and workmanship you can trust. Highly recommend Mel Martin Windows.
