Eric and his team were incredible throughout the entire process, from the initial quote to completion of work. He is a extremely transparent, doesn't hide costs, gets work done efficiently, and produces high quality work. He also sends plenty of progress photos (as my wife and I live elsewhere as our home gets remodeled). Our roof turned out absolutely incredible. I don't normally write long reviews, but I’d really like to give a big shout out to Eric Aubin and his crew with Quality Driven Exteriors. TL;DR: I compared four highly regarded local roofing companies and did far more research than most sane people would normally do. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Eric Aubin and Quality Driven Exteriors (QDE). Read on for the good details! I did my due diligence and got multiple roofing quotes, compared products, warranties, installation methods, ventilation systems, and spoke with several well-respected roofing companies in the area. I’m very glad I decided to go with QDE. QDE is owned and operated by Eric, and he personally came out for the estimate, got on the roof for close inspection, measured everything by hand, and was completely open to all of my questions. I never once felt pressured. He genuinely knows roofing and clearly takes great pride in his work. Eric was onsite with his crew for the entirety of the project, and they clearly have all worked together for years. They were professional, very friendly, open to questions, and kept everything very clean. The finished roof is beautiful. A key thing that stood out to me was the fact that Eric was able and eager to explain WHY he uses the roofing system that he does. He wasn’t trying to sell me the most expensive products available. He explained that he and his crew intentionally use the GAF materials and system that they know thoroughly, have installed for years, and trust enough to use on their own homes. His openness, honesty, and confidence in installing the roof as a complete SYSTEM (not just shingles) were critical factors in my decision to use Quality Driven Exteriors. If you’re looking for an owner-operated roofing contractor who uses a very experienced in-house crew (no subcontractors), communicates well and openly, and GENUINELY CARES about the quality of the finished product, I will absolutely recommend Eric Aubin and Quality Driven Exteriors. Quality Driven Exteriors rescued me this winter when I had ice dams building up and water leaking in the house. Eric quickly was able to take care of the dams the same day that I was having the problem. In addition, he and the crew did my roof a few weeks later. Eric was so professional and sent me photos of the progress each day. The finished product looks great. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Quality Driven Exteriors. I called them this morning about water coming in from a suspected ice dam, and they were at my house 90 minutes later. They cleared all the snow off the roof and ended up taking care of THREE ice dams — we only knew about one. They were upfront with pricing, and the price felt very fair for the amount of work they did. Professional, transparent, and incredibly fast when we needed help the most. Would absolutely use them again.
