A December 2023 customer said they took the job instantly and came the next day, in cold and ice, when other companies had already put their tools away for the winter. In February 2026 a homeowner away from home during heavy snow called; Melvin made time immediately and followed up with a video call showing what had been done, at a lower price than the other quotes. Reasonable pricing comes up again and again, and in August 2025 one customer's job finished a day early. The work stretches well past trees.
