Merritt Property Services LLC does lawn care and spring cleanups. A customer signing as Kirk & Jody of Bridgewater, Maine says the company took on years of built-up leaves, brush, fallen limbs and leftover rocks from snow plowing on their property in the spring, and describes a father and son team doing the work. A customer who hired them for a spring cleanup calls them quick, thorough and affordable, and says they would use them again. A lawn care customer says they show up when they say they will, communicate well, and leave the lawn looking clean and well-maintained after each visit.
Dependable, very strong work ethic, and tremendous attention to detail. Their team is exactly who I recommend time and time again.
I’ve had a great experience with Merritt Property Services. They are dependable, professional, and take pride in their work. The lawn always looks clean, healthy, and well-maintained after each visit, and they pay attention to the little details that make a big difference. They show up when they say they will, communicate well, and leave the property looking its best. If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality lawn care, I highly recommend Merritt Property Services!
I hired Merritt Property Services LLC to do a spring clean up. I was very impressed with how quick, thorough, and affordable they were. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Merritt Property Service LLC completely transformed our property this spring, and I am still blown away by the results. We had YEARS of built-up leaves, brush, fallen limbs, and even leftover rocks from snow plowing—and they tackled every bit of it with incredible attention to detail. What really sets them apart is their work ethic. It’s that rare, old-school, small-town pride in doing the job RIGHT the first time. No rushing, no cutting corners—just honest, hard work and care in every single pass they made. This isn’t just a business—it’s a family operation, and you can feel that in the quality of the work. Watching a father and son team put in that level of effort and pride is something you just don’t see much anymore. They didn’t just “clean up”—they brought our property back to life. It looks better than it ever has . Thank you ! Kirk & Jody Bridgewater, Maine
