A 2024 customer described Matt as the owner. A recent customer hired it for a one-time cleaning of an empty two-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo and was charged for 3.75 hours for a 2 person crew. That customer says the floors were not cleaned, some areas were not dusted, and the central air was turned down to 50 degrees and not reset before leaving. A 2025 customer said they were 40 minutes late, the grease was not removed from the cabinets, and the charge was over $300 for a 1b1b unit. A 2021 customer said they had used the service for 20 years and had always been satisfied. In a 2025 review, a customer of 16 years said the house smelled clean and fresh after each visit. A 2025 customer of 2.5 years said Matt and the crews were thorough and responsive. A 2024 customer called for an estimate on a downstairs room they described as "really really bad." Extremely disappointed....hired for a one time cleaning of an empty 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo. Charged for 3.75 hours for a 2 person crew. Floors were not cleaned (as proven by a quick wipe with a paper towel that came up dirty). Certain areas were not dusted....I just can't figure out what 2 people did for 3.5 hours. They turned central air down to 50 degrees and never fixed it before leaving. Walked into a freezing cold condo with condensation dripping from windows the next day.
We have been customers of Merry Maids Cleaning for 2.5 years and love them! If we could clean as well we would do it ourselves. Their cleaning products leave our home looking and smelling wonderfully. Matt and the crews are thorough, responsive, organized, and professional.

This is the worst cleaning company I’ve ever used. They were 40 minutes late and still acted like it was no big deal — extremely rude attitude. The cleaning itself was unprofessional: they sent two very young girls who couldn’t even remove the grease from the cabinets. They charged over $300 for a 1b1b unit that wasn’t even that dirty. I’ll never use this company again. A very disappointing experience.
Very cooperative cleaners, who take pride in their work! I always enjoy their visits, & am very satisfied with their service. I've recommended them to others, who are now enjoying the same fine level of care. Also, the management of this branch is extremely obliging & highly competent, a pleasure to work with.
