A recent customer who used them for a move-in said they asked questions when needed and left the home sparkling clean. A 2026 customer said Ashley and her team cleaned their new house before move-in, and that they set up ongoing service afterward. A 2025 customer said Merry Maids deep cleaned their small office and also provided carpet cleaning, at an affordable price. In a recent four-star review, a customer said most of the work looked good, but the cabinet fronts did not appear to have been cleaned during a requested kitchen deep clean. They had also paid for an "extra shine" service and said the dishwasher and refrigerator looked only lightly wiped down rather than polished.

Thank you for the recent cleaning service. While most of the work looks good, I wanted to follow up regarding the deep clean requested for the kitchen. The fronts of the cabinets do not appear to have been cleaned. Additionally, I paid for an "extra shine" service, but the dishwasher and refrigerator look as though they were only lightly wiped down rather than polished. Could you please clarify what the extra shine service includes or let me know how we can address these missed areas? Thank you,
