Another August customer praised Deb's crew for thorough, efficient cleaning and said Deb responded to requests. The company describes this location as a franchise of the national Merry Maids brand, offering residential and light commercial cleaning in Manchester and surrounding towns. Customers writing in April 2026 praised an on-time arrival and a clean, shining house; another asked to have Kimberly or Jessica return for future cleanings. In a December 2025 review, a customer described a house deep clean by Kim and Janet and praised their attention to detail. A September 2025 reviewer described clean baseboards, bath tiles and areas around doorknobs, along with a couch whose sides had been vacuumed. The customer said the cats shredded the carpet at the doorway while trying to get out. The same review reported an uncleaned half-bathroom toilet and microwave, missed wall and cabinet cleaning, and furniture left out of place. It also alleged a $274 debit after a firm $250 quote.

My wife and I have used Merry Maids for years and we have seen a number of crews in action. They are superb, careful and diligent. And when they are finished the house always smells much better. We are currently serviced by Kim and Hope who are pleasant, meticulous and kind and always work around our three curious dogs. They, as they say, make it work.
