A broken music box — a 2022 customer said Aline sent Venmo payment requests afterward
Aline's Cleaning Services holds a 4.3-star Google rating from 6 ratings. A recent Google customer said Aline and Pamela got the little details, like the baseboards and sweeping under the bed, and planned to book again.
A 2025 customer wrote that they had been using Aline's cleaning for a couple of months and came home to find jewelry they had left out in the same place it was left. A 2024 customer said they had used the service for over four years and that Aline and her team left the home organized and clean. A 2023 customer described a deep clean at their home and called Aline and team professional and courteous.
A 2022 customer who used Aline and her crew for less than two months said that as cleaning days approached they would be asked if another day and time worked, and that late arrivals were not communicated. The same 2022 customer said about half of the windows were cleaned during the initial deep clean, the rest were never done on later visits, and no credit came for the unfinished work. That 2022 customer also said their daughter found a porcelain music box shattered in her bedroom after a cleaning, and that Aline apologized but then sent multiple Venmo requests for payment instead of offering to pay for it.

If you need a TRUSTWORTHY cleaner, this is your place! I have been using Aline’s cleaning for a couple months now… Today I unknowingly left out my jewelry as I don’t wear it often… shame on me for not realizing this expensive mistake BUT I came home to find my jewelry in the same place it was left. If that doesn’t scream 5 STARS, than I’m not sure what would. I am so grateful for the wonderful and efficient respectful cleaning services that are provided.

We used Aline and her crew for less than 2 months. We were pleased with their services initially, although there were some issues that started to surface soon after we hired them. First, we agreed that they would clean bi-weekly on a specific day that worked for us. As the day of the cleanings would approach, we would be contacted and asked if another day and time worked. This caused additional stress and issues with coordinating our cleanings. After accommodating alternative days and times for their convenience, they did not arrive at the time agreed upon. The late arrivals were not communicated with us and we were often tasked with chasing them down to get updates. So the communication was terrible. Regarding the initial deep cleaning, it was supposed to include window cleaning. They cleaned about half of the windows and said it was too cold so they couldn’t finish them, but that they would do them the next time. They never did complete this task in any of the return visits. When we ended the service we never received a credit for the unfinished work. The final straw was when my 7 year old daughter and I came home after a cleaning one day and she found a porcelain music box her grandmother had bought her shattered in pieces in her bedroom. I reached out to Aline and she apologized and said she forgot to mention it to me. At this point it was too late. Instead of offering to pay for the item or offering a discount, she submitted multiple Venmo requests for payment. At this point I decided to cut stop using the company for our cleanings and do not recommend them. Too bad because she seemed so nice at the beginning.
