Metro Garage Door Repair gets the calls when a garage door stops behaving: a grinding noise, a door knocked off its track, a snapped spring. On Google it shows 5 stars from 14 ratings. One recent customer woke up to a grinding garage door; the company found worn nylon rollers, swapped them out and tuned the track alignment, and the customer says the door now glides silently and that they showed up when they said they would. A customer in Bristol called after a torsion spring snapped and the door would not open, and says they came out the same day and replaced both springs. A recent customer who backed into a garage door that came off the track says they showed up pretty quickly, got it back on the rails and replaced some bent rollers.
Woke up to my garage door making this god-awful grinding noise, thought it was gonna tear itself apart. Called in and they figured out my nylon rollers were worn down like an old shoe. Swapped them out and tuned the track alignment. The door now glides silently, and I didn’t realize how much I missed that smooth operation until it was back. Plus, they actually showed up when they said they would, which is a nice change from other repair folks I’ve dealt with.
Good service
good job
Caught their truck while I was out in Barrington and decided to look them up. Backed into my garage door and it came off the track (honestly had no clue how to deal with that). They showed up pretty quickly, got it back on the rails, and even replaced some bent rollers. Door works like a charm now!
Saw their truck over here in Bristol and decided to look them up when my torsion spring snapped out of nowhere. The garage door wouldn’t open (yeah, not fun). They came out the same day and replaced both springs quickly. Door’s working great now—just like it should.
