MFM Plumbing and Heating (trading as MacKinnon Plumbing and Heating)

MFM Plumbing and Heating, which trades as MacKinnon Plumbing and Heating, works out of Marshfield across plumbing, heating and refrigeration — repairs, replacements and maintenance rather than big build projects. The company describes its staff as licensed plumbers with more than 20 years in the trade. In a January 2026 post on Nextdoor in Marshfield, a neighbour passed along Mike MacKinnon's name and phone number and called him very reasonable. For a South Shore homeowner facing a repair or a swap — a boiler, a water heater, a failing fridge line — this is a local shop worth a call. Ask for the licence number of the plumber who will actually do the work, and settle the price and the schedule before anyone starts.
