In a 2024 review, a homeowner said Randy showed up within three hours to clear a couple of clogged pipes; another from later that year credited Jared with arriving the same afternoon he was told to expect him. When a sewer line broke that August, the crew coordinated directly with the City of Weymouth to get it fixed before it became a bigger problem. That same pattern holds across two decades of reviews, not just the last few years. Angi's five reviews run from 2005 through late 2025 and are all five stars, praising technicians as prompt, courteous and thorough — one reviewer from 2014 specifically noted feeling safe having a service man in the house alone. Google tells a similar story at 4.4 stars from 16 ratings, with names like Tom and Luke turning up more than once for repeat visits. The one sour note is recent: a March 2026 Google review said the company charged $375 to snake a simple drain and called the price not worth it — worth asking about up front, since there's no other pricing example here to weigh it against. Beyond drain clearing, the company's Angi listing covers grease trap cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, pipe rodding and video drain inspection, and lists membership in the Greater Boston Plumbing Contractors Association. It carries a BBB A+ grade, though it isn't BBB-accredited. Drain Shooter looks like a strong call for a stuck drain or a sewer backup that needs someone there the same day — just get a firm number before the truck rolls, especially on a smaller job.
