Great working with Mike! He did an incredible job restoring our ceilings to a smooth finish! Very communicative and all around easy to work with. This is a trustworthy company you should go with!
House needed work done before it went on the market. Amazing job! Mike was also very responsive/friendly. Thank you. 10/10
Mike was the best! We had a large area in our finished basement with a wall heavily damaged by a foundation leak. The studs had black mold and rot. Definitely a project I did not want my husband to address himself. Presented a clear explanation of what, why and how the work needed to be done in a professional manner. He arrived at the time he indicated and left before our supper time (which was appreciated). Anything he found that needed extra attention he discussed with us prior to proceeding. I appreciated that he was considerate of our home and the care he took in minimizing the dust produced with replacing a wall area . When Mike left there was perfectly matched paint on the wall, a clean area that we didn’t need to sweep up and no indication that there was ever an issue with the wall. The area was absolutely clean and beautiful.
In all my years of homeownership, Mike stands out as a rare find. He is incredibly skilled, genuinely easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. That kind of 'triple threat' combination is nearly impossible to find these days—highly recommended.
I am very happy with the work Mike did at my house. Mike is hard working, dependable, conscientious, transparent. I would recommend Mike to my friends and family.
