"Really flexible on when he can work" — that is how one customer, in an August 2021 review posted on both HomeAdvisor and Angi, described Michael J Dolan, a Swansea electrician. The same customer called him picky and pretty good. That single review carries a 5-star rating on each site. Both directories list electrical wiring and panel upgrades as his service, and BuildZoom shows four projects. His Massachusetts electrician licence #40226-EL-E is active on the state registry, with Michael J Dolan as holder of record.
