MidState Carting rents roll-off dumpsters out of Wallingford and Waterbury, and the company says it is owned and operated by Fran Palladino. Its own site describes dumpster rentals for residential and commercial projects across the state. A recent customer says they first used Mid State in 2024 and have used them every year since. They texted at 10 AM on a Friday, and the dumpster was dropped off the same day. The same customer says Fran told them they could call for pickup whenever they were set, with no extra charge. A 2025 customer said a dumpster came out the same day and was picked up quickly despite the holidays. That customer said it was dropped in a tight spot with no issues, and that it was the lowest price they found for a 10-yard container. A 2025 customer renting a dumpster for the first time said Fran got them one the same day they called. A 2024 customer said that after they messaged they were done, the company came the next day to pick it up. In a 2022 review, a customer said Fran gave them a deal on a dumpster with some extra space they ended up needing, and accommodated them just before a holiday weekend.
