A recent Google customer called the service efficient and fast with reasonable prices, and wrote that it "saved us in a right pinch." A 2022 Angi customer described them as polite, careful with belongings and efficient. A recent customer who would not recommend the company said the movers did not wrap or cover any of their furniture, and described deep scratches, dings and gouges, the shattered glass of a china cabinet and a dent in a brand-new wall. That customer said they filed a claim and, after the deductible, received a very small amount because the company called the damage cosmetic.

From loading, some help packing, coordinating the arrival of the truck and finally unloading everything into a storage unit, everything went super efficiently and smoothly. Alex and Ken were especially helpful and respectful of our belongings. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

I would not recommend this moving company. The movers were extremely careless with our belongings from start to finish. They did not wrap or cover any of our furniture, which resulted in significant damage to multiple pieces. We ended up with deep scratches, large dings, and gouges on most of our furniture items. The glass on our china cabinet was shattered during the move, and they even dented a brand-new wall while moving items into the house. What was most frustrating was the lack of care and attention. Furniture was handled roughly, protection pads and blankets were not used, and it was obvious that preventing damage was not a priority.Moving is already stressful, and we trusted this company with items that were valuable both financially and sentimentally. Instead, we were left with extensive damage and a very disappointing experience. We have done many moves in our lives being retired military and NEVER have had this much damage, we do expect some little scratches. We filled a claim & after deductible received a very small amount as they claimed it was “just” cosmetic and can be refinished, which is not cheap to do with the amount of damage we had. I strongly suggest that anyone considering this company look elsewhere and choose movers who take proper precautions and treat customers’ property with respect.EDIT: THE RESPONSE BACK FROM COMPANY IS BS, IT WAS THEIR MANAGEMENT WHO CLAIMED IT WAS ALL COSMETIC!!
