In a February 2026 Thumbtack review, a customer said the company was the only one they could reach on a Sunday, came out the next day to remove ice dams, and came back first thing the following day to finish. Another February 2026 Thumbtack customer said the crew arrived the morning after an evening call and cleared the snow and ice dams. Mighty Dog was able to complete multiple jobs for me over the past year on time and on schedule. They were all done professionally and done right the first time. For me that's the most important thing, the trust that each job is done 100% and done correctly.
Mighty Dog Roofing was the only company I could get ahold of on a Sunday and they were able to come out the next day to remove ice dams. Despite being extremely busy, they made the time to always call or answer messages right away which was very much appreciated. When they couldn't finish everything the first day, they came out first thing the next day to finish. They were very professional and communicative throughout the process. Also more reasonably priced than other companies we looked into.
Top things I loved: 1) Fast and efficient service the crew arrived on time and completed the work quickly. i called in the evening, the crew was there the next morning. They went right to it and didn't stop until all the snow was removed and the ice dams cleared. The crew also shoveled the snow that was on the roof from all the doors. i appreciated the teamwork of the crew and their hard work. Mighty Dog Roofing of Rhode Island is a reliable roofing contractor I would absolutely recommend.
The mighty dog roofing team did a snow and ice dam removal on my roof. Communication and scheduling were stellar. Jonathan was very prompt and transparent. He personally came to the roofing operation and answered my questions. Went above and beyond what most roofers would do. Hes my #1 call moving forward when it comes to my roof.
