Skyview Exteriors & Remodeling LLC

Skyview Exteriors & Remodeling is a Providence roofing company, and five of its Angi reviews tell of a roof torn off, replaced or installed. The company says it was founded in 2017 by the father-and-son team Ricardo and Edwin Leonardo, and describes itself as a family-run roofing, siding, gutter and solar contractor serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts. All 11 of its Angi ratings are five stars, Porch shows 4.9 from 49 ratings, and its BBB page carries an A+ grade with accreditation. The written reviews run from 2017 to 2025. In a September 2025 review, a customer referred by friends said the estimate, cost and financing options were spot on and the crew was respectful of the property; when the reviewer's daughter saw the finished roof, she said, "Mom, It's a Miracle!" The older accounts are specific. In a January 2019 review, rotted wood found after the section was ripped out was replaced and the roof installed. A May 2018 customer had the old roof torn off and a new roof and skylight replacement done in record time, writing that after cleanup "you couldn't tell they were there." In a December 2018 review, a customer wrote that the roof was completed on time and that Edwin personally came back to do additional clean up and inspect the property. In an October 2017 review, a homeowner with water leaking into the second floor, whose insurance refused to do anything, said Edwin and the team "literally saved my home" and called them efficient and cost friendly. In a December 2020 review, a new homeowner wrote that the contractor came out the day after the call to look at a leak, had it repaired the following day, and waited when the customer ran a half hour late. In a November 2018 review, a customer described ceilings replaced with very precise sheet rock work, an entire day of cleaning afterward, and a two-inch molding installed in both rooms at no extra labor charge. A September 2017 customer noted the crew had to come back once for refuse that had rolled under the work truck, and responded immediately. On Reddit in February 2025, answering a question about wind-damaged shingles, a commenter wrote that Edwin was great and very well versed in insurance claims. Houzz lists license number 188026 for the company. Massachusetts lists its home improvement contractor registration, 188026, as active, held by Skyview Exteriors & Remodeling LLC.
