Mighty Dog Roofing of Greater Middlesex County is a Westford roofing company that customers hire for roof replacements, gutters, skylights and ice dam work. The Better Business Bureau grades it A+ and lists it as accredited since 3/2/2023. It holds 4.9 from 383 Google ratings and 4.9 from 101 on Thumbtack. Recent customers describe one-day roof replacements after the company handled the permits. A February 2026 customer had snow and ice dams cleared from the roof, then a full roof replacement with new plywood done in less than 8 hrs. A July 2026 HomeAdvisor customer had a leaking skylight and rotted roof sheathing replaced, and the crew sealed a vent pipe and a second skylight at no additional charge. In a July 2026 review, a customer had the whole gutter system replaced and the old gutters hauled away. The written complaints concern follow-through after the contract. An April 2026 reviewer who paid in full for a roof repair said the contracted work was left unfinished through weeks of missed appointments. Another April 2026 reviewer said communication stopped after an inspection of siding issues and the project never moved forward.

The mighty Dog folks were very capable and cordial, and did a great job cleaning my roof. The only small issue was that I called back two fays ahead to move the appointment from morning to afternoon on the same day, but my message got lost in transit and they came in the morning, which meant I needed to scramble. Great people, great jobe, small problem handling a booking change.
Very pleased on how efficient crew was, supervisors where on site and very helpful, already recommended a friend to mighty dog roo.
Mighty Roof did an excellent job from the sales to the whole roof replacement.
Ive had Mighty Dog work on my roof twice in the past few years. The owner, Vish is great to work with, came personally to my house to go over the plans, and is always responsive.
Roof installation was completed in one day after permit coordination, with good communication and cleanup.
