George scheduled my appointment for Thursday and was supposed to arrive by 9 AM. I rearranged my plans and stayed home from the office to be there. By 11 AM, I had to reach out and ask if he was still coming. Around noon, he replied that they were behind because of rainy days. I had spoken with him two days earlier, and he never mentioned being behind, nor did he contact me to reschedule. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. Would not recommend.

Sadly, this is just another of those entitled small companies who think that the law and wishes of the neighbors don't apply to them. They nailed one of their lawn signs illegally to a telephone pole in our neighborhood. When contacted, they refused to remove it. If this is how they treat their customers and the neighbors in the area, then their business practices must be awful. I would avoid this company. There are tons of better roofers out there who actually follow the law and care about people's neighborhoods.
