Its BBB file agrees on the start date, records the LLC as incorporated in 2006, carries an A+ without accreditation, and names Mark S. Mitrano as owner. The work spans excavation and earthwork, drainage, septic and sewer, landscape construction, masonry hardscape, demolition and winter services, for residential and commercial clients. The written history is short — three Google reviews, all from 2025, behind a 5.0 across four ratings — but two of them are unusually specific. In September 2025 a homeowner described being hooked up to Acton's town sewer: two excavators, two bobcats, a 250-foot trench cut through a wooded area from the street to the house, and no large trees taken down or lasting damage to the landscaping. When the crew was done, they laid loam and seeded the strip of lawn they had torn up. Another September 2025 reviewer described a six-day job finished on time and within budget, with the crew arriving when they said they would and material deliveries and subcontractors coordinated around them; that reviewer named Mark and his son, also Mark. There is municipal and commercial work behind the residential side. Arlington's Select Board approved a contractor/drainlayer licence for the company in June 2020, and a 2019 Unilock project page credits Milestone on the Beacon Hill Flagstone entry pathway at One Wells Avenue. One thing to settle before signing: the BBB records licence number HE-126911 from the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety and Inspections, which is the directory's record rather than something confirmed with the state — ask to see it.
