Dennis performed two residential home inspections for us and was really great to work with. He was professional and extremely personable. He even went out of his way to come to the property a little bit early when losing daylight would have prevented him from properly assessing the exterior. Throughout the inspection he took the time to answer any questions we had and prepared an in-depth report that made easy it for other pros to determine exactly where and what repairs were needed in our new house. 10/10, would use him again and will be recommending him to everyone we know!

Cannot speak highly enough of Dennis and the services that this company provides. He is very responsive and he was meticulous from start to finish and answered all our questions. He crawled into all the nooks and crannies, walked on the roof, tested every outlet and more. He also used the time to educate us about our new home and provide us with tips and tricks for home maintenance. The inspection report was so detailed and caught a lot of things that needed to be remediated and now serves as a user manual for our home.
