I don't consider myself to be a lucky person, but when Brian Balestracci was recommend to me I got lucky. My initial plans to sell my home to a company that flips houses fell through. Brian and his partner Leanne came through and had my home listed and sold for more than I had first agreed to in a little more than a week. Our experience with Laura has been nothing but over the moon satisfaction. Laura guided us from start to finish to both sell our single family property in Raynham and buy a new single family property in Sandwich on Cape Cod. I was extremely fortunate to have Gladys Santana with Milestone Realty as my Real Estate Agent. She came with a wealth of knowledge which was refreshing. Gladys went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule and kept me motivated and encouraged throughout the process. There were times I felt discouraged and defeated by the market and started to accept properties that I knew was not a match for me. She was very patient with me and encouraged me to stay focus on what I truly wanted as no situation is permanent and the market will change. She truly took the time to understand my need,my wants ,my financial status as a single mother of 2 children working in corporate.
