Millstone Landscape

This summer we decided to work on our backyard which was in need of a significant make over. After reaching out to several companies, we found Mark at Millstone Landscaping. From the start, Mark was friendly, attentive, and super helpful in developing several drafts for the job. Throughout the project he was patient and accommodating with our evolving ideas. It was clear that he spent a lot of time planning, selecting plants and ensuring we were ultimately satisfied. We couldn’t be happier with the end result- the patio he built and the landscaping that went along with it really transformed our backyard into a space we want to spend lots of time in!

I hired Mark from Millstone to design a landscape for my front and back yard. The design was beautiful and Mark was very open to my ideas for shrubs and flowers, he was honest and realistic, letting me know if the plants I liked would not work in our climate or my space. He gave me great alternative options. Millstone is a full service company, offering weekly maintenance. However, Mark explained what the materials were, how they would be installed and what the maintenance of the shrubs and flowers would be so that I would know how to maintain my own yard if I chose to. Mark and his crew showed up on the date we picked and worked for 3 straight days, always picking up the yard at the end of the day, until the job was finished. The whole crew was friendly and hard working. I love the finished landscape! Thanks Mark!!

I had seen Millstone trucks in our neighborhood, as some of my neighbors use them for landscape maintenance. I always wanted to plant a weeping cherry tree in our front yard, but picking out such an item, getting it home and then digging a hole large enough to plant is something I couldn’t imagine doing myself. I decided to seek out a Millstone worker when they were next door to ask if they provided these kinds of a la carte services. Surprisingly, I found myself talking with the owner, Mark, who responded positively to my request. I can’t say enough about the service. The owner was personable, knowledgeable, and the tree was growing in my yard the following week. I asked him about Millstone’s maintenance services and found them to be very reasonable. I would definitely consider calling them again if and when I have another landscape issue.
