It was very nice working with Stephen at Minuteman Floors, I would highly recommend. We had carpet installed and all the details were worked out remotely. Stephen was very accommodating, flexible, and polite and answered all the questions responding very promptly. The installation was done quickly and well. Thankful for a good service!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Steve. He was professional and did not pressure us to go with him. Steve seemed organized. He answered all our questions. We had two landings done with vinyl plank and 3 sections of stairs carpeted. (Photos included) I took up the old carpet, so that the installation of the new carpet would go smoothly and S He gave us a discount for this. For our positives through the experience: We love the carpet and it is true to the sample color. Steve’s workers were pleasant and industrious. For our negatives through the experience: We were told they would get the job done in a day on the 14th. That did not happen. The installers were here until 10:30pm on the 15th of April to get the job done. Steve asked for the final payment before the work was finished. He did not return to check in on the completed work. The installers returned to fix 2 issues for us - we could feel the tack strip and one stair did not have the carpet going in the correct direction. They said they would have to return to sand and paint the floorboards as there was glue that got on them as the vinyl plank was put down. We had to wait until May 12 for this; however, they just painted over the glue residue instead of sanding off the glue and repainting the floorboards as they said. We wish we could give a better review.

I had a great experience with Minuteman Floors from start to finish. Stephen came over and I explained what I wanted to have done. He answered all my questions and showed me several samples for the flooring. I made my choice and within a short time I was scheduled for installation. The 2 young men that installed the flooring were extremely professional and considerate towards me. 3 rooms completed in 1 day. I am quite satisfied with the end result. Stephen called and asked how everything went. I told him I was happy with the end result. I have another project that I want to get done in the near future and I will have the same place do the job. We had glue down lvp installed in our 1920s home. Very happy with how it turned out. The workers were really professional and listened to what we wanted. Thanks guys!
