A 2023 customer on Thumbtack said they needed a very specific, odd project done with their kitchen cabinets and that Marc accomplished what they were looking for, at pricing they called extremely fair. That 2023 customer also said he offered advice on other home fixes unrelated to the job. That 2020 customer said Marc did not respond to several follow-ups and never showed up to create a door for the attic he had promised.
Absolutely 100% recommend. We needed a very specific/ odd project done with our kitchen cabinets and Marc completely accomplished what we were looking for and then some. We are new homeowners and he was so generous, professional and thoughtful. His pricing was extremely fair and allowed for us to fix a huge issue we had for a reasonable cost. He also offered valuable advice on other home fixes completely unrelated to the work he was doing. We will be going to him before anyone else for any future home projects. Thank you!!
Marc does excellent work, is always professional. If you have further concerns on a project, he'll always work with you so you'll be satisfied. And his charges are VERY reasonable.
I hired Marc to build steps from the garage to the mud room entrance. The first step was not aligned properly and it was sloppy. Also, the step was not nailed correctly and it started move. Since these steps will be used by my aged parents I was concerned the way first step was built. I followed up with Marc few times and he did not bothered to respond. He also promised to create a door for the attic and he kept on giving days and never showed up. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend him.
Can't rate Marc high enough. Very professional, knowledgeable , punctual, and very fair pricing. Will be hiring him to do whatever we need done that's in his wheelhouse, which seems to be lots of skills. I hope he doesn't get too busy.
