Modern Improvements

I had a big vision for a full basement gut job, including reframing, insulation, bathroom, electric, heat, floor, ceiling, walls, lighting-- the works. Josh came over to look at the space and get familiar with what the possibilities could be. He helped me get creative with weird nooks and spaces, and just worked through my vision with me. What's more, he was patient with doing this massive upgrade in phases. I couldn't ask for a more friendly and patient contractor to make this vision come to life. Phase #1 is complete and I couldn't be more happy with the progress. Communication is key and Josh did an amazing job with that too (nothing worse than having people working in the house and you're not 100% clear with what's going on). The team came in and was professional, clean, and on time. 10/10 would recommend! Can't wait for phase #2, loading soon!

Josh is amazing! This is the second project he completed for us. The first was fixing the ceiling from a leak which was from an ice dam last winter. He was very communicative, showed up on time, sent us pictures of his work and cleaned up. The second was a power washing on the outside of our house. All the mold is gone and the house looks almost new. Highly impressed and would highly recommend him.

Josh and team did a great job painting the inside of my home. They were clean, efficient, respectful and most importantly they did quality work. I shared my vision and they executed flawlessly and helped with all the additional stuff I threw at them (new lighting, hanging wall decor, etc.) Thank you!!

Josh was communicative and quick to respond to my call. He completed out sun room after it was damaged by a water leak from winter. He was flexible in his timing and worked with our schedule. He communicated clearly while doing the job so we knew what was happwning. Highly recommend him.

Josh did amazing work repairing our ceiling in the sun room after a leak. He was communicative and pollite and very affordable. He cleaned up after he was done. We even hired him a second time to power wash the outside of the home . It looks brand new. I would hire him again as we continue to remodel our home!
