Alex, Vanessa, and their team replaced my wood deck with Trex. It was done fast and with great craftsmanship. I look forward to having them complete some other projects.

Alex and his wife hung the wallpaper we purchased for our baby's nursery and they did a phenomenal job. They were very knowledgeable about the job and the end product turned out great.

I cannot praise the Avilas and Modern Pro Painting highly enough! WHAT A FIND!!I I needed a mailbox and post replaced. They were able to schedule the job within a few days and purchased all the necessary items and supplies. They informed me immediately about a slight delay and showed up ready to go. Both Mr and Mrs Avila exceeded my expectations in every way. They are knowledgeable, skilled, thorough and efficient, hardworking, courteous, and absolutely professional. Additionally, their rates are very reasonable and competitive! I have already contracted them to do some interior painting and extensive home repairs and I have referred several colleagues and friends to them. I heartily recommend Modern Pro Painting to anyone needing to hire contractors. They are superb!

I recently hired Alex to replace my attic ladder, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He and his wife make a fantastic team — professional, skilled, and clearly experienced from their 15 years of working on projects together. From start to finish, they did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond by making the ladder extra secure, using larger screws than the standard for added safety. The trim work was finished perfectly, showing real attention to detail. They also left the space spotless, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find contractors who are not only highly competent but also courteous and respectful of your home. I highly recommend Alex and his wife to anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service.

Fantastic job. Trusted team. They did above and beyond
