Billy does not follow road signs he flies past my house daily with his dodge truck and motorcycle I do not recommend him. If he comes to your house, your neighbors will be upset.
We have no clue what happened. Our project started out great…great. Then Billy left us high and dry with a half-finished project. 4 month estimate now 8 months in, and we are left having to put together the pieces to finish this on our own, along with needing to do a bunch of clean up work with the local inspector, even longer story there. Maybe there are things going on behind the scenes that I don’t know about, but this has just been horrible and immensely unfair. We are angry, sad, and frustrated and feel deeply cheated. We would not wish this on anyone. We were very much hoping to write the opposite type of review at the end of this project.
