A 2022 customer said John traced a leak in the tub back to the old faucets, which were replaced with a new single faucet. That 2022 customer said that on the day of a later toilet installation, John found the special-order tank had a crack and found a replacement that same day so they would not be out of a bathroom. A 2021 customer said part of a tiled wall had to be cut away, and that he cleaned up the mess and left the intact tiles for the customer to replace. A 2018 HomeAdvisor customer said they had used the company for over 5 years for multiple plumbing and HVAC projects. John Morel was courteous, professional, quick to respond to my call, and did fairly priced work. I would call him again gladly.
I called several plumbers to connect the spigot and piping into my house. The quotes I was receiving were outrageous. I called Morels plumbing before I decided to give up. Service was very prompt and courteous. Hired him on spot and he started work right way. Project took a hour in total and he then explained everything he did. As a single female home owner for my first time at hiring someone he was extremely fair, explained everything he did and was in and out I know time. I would hire him again for other plumbing projects. If anyone needs work done I would very much recommend him.

John is a professional in every sense of the word! Have recommended him to family and friends. We had a leak in our tub, which John traced back to the old faucets, which needed to be replaced by new, single faucet. Was worried about how it would look, but John made it look like it had always been that way. Once that work was done, we asked John to replace our old sink and toilet. On the day of installation, John found that the special order toilet tank had a crack in it (thank you, Home Depot!) and John went out of his way to find a replacement that same day, so that we wouldn't be out of a bathroom (only 1 in house).
