A 2025 Google customer wrote that they had been without hot water for a few days, that "he said he fixed it", and that he hung up on them. A 2023 Google reviewer said the company never answered the phone or called back after a message was left. A 2018 BuildZoom customer described constant leaks, broken pipes and faucets running after a plumbing job, and said the company ignored multiple attempts to have them come out and fix it.
