Seventeen windows, in by quarter to five. Twelve in under a day. Thirty-one in one job, thirty-nine in another. Morgan Exteriors is a Hooksett, New Hampshire window and sunroom outfit whose installed customers write about the same two things over and over: the crews are fast, and the house is quieter and warmer afterward. One customer who replaced 21 windows in November 2023 said the winter that followed was the first in fourteen years their home actually felt warm. The sales side gets named as often as the crews — reviewers describe two visits with samples, a walk through the manufacturing process, options built around a budget, and no pressure to sign. Several say they took quotes from big-box stores and national advertisers first and came back. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 146964, is active in the state registry under Morgan Exteriors LLC, and its BBB grade is A+. The other half of the business is rooms. Reviewers describe four-season sunrooms, three-season porches, a family room addition and a sun porch with a deck — including a March 2026 design phase a customer said started from not knowing what was possible, and a project that began in February with a couple of feet of snow on the ground. One 2024 reviewer reported that when a tree came down on the addition they'd had built 2.5 years earlier, the structure and windows held. And then there is the pattern in the negative reviews, which is worth reading closely because all four say a version of the same thing: the company went quiet. A September 2025 reviewer says they made contact in June, got a fast first response, and after two and a half months of emailing and calling still had no design. A February 2025 reviewer says they were ready to sign but asked for a more detailed contract than the vague one offered, and never heard back. A November 2024 reviewer says nobody followed up after the quote visit at all. Most seriously, a September 2025 customer who paid for siding, soffit and gutters says they now get water inside the house when it rains, and that an email sent on August 20 went unanswered. For a straight window or door replacement, the installed-work record here is deep and consistent. For a sunroom, addition or siding package, get the design milestones, the contract detail and the warranty-response commitment in writing before any deposit — and hold them to a named contact for follow-up.
