They describe a porch that no longer let in pollen or rain and felt more comfortable throughout the year. Morgan says it has been family-owned and operated since 2002. A July reviewer replacing original windows in a 1990s home says Lou Chalifour explained the manufacturing and installation process without a hard sell. Each came into my home, evaluated what we had and made their pitch. After listening to their competitors and seeing their sample products, there was really no decision at all. Morgan Exteriors was easily our top choice. Lou Chalifour from Morgan was very direct and explained the entire process from manufacturing to install in a way that made my wife and I feel confident in our choice. No hard sell or vague answers to important questions but a very competitive price. Lou knows the products and knows what's important to customers. The windows they use are by Okna and come highly rated. Do some research and you'll find out for yourself. The crew, Schyler and Reed, who performed our install were totally professional. They arrived on the day and time when they were scheduled. They were meticulous in their work and left the house spotless. Did I mention the windows look amazing! They are a snap to open and close and are triple pane, so I am already thinking about my heating savings this winter. We worked with Morgan Exteriors to replace all the windows in our 30+ year old home. The whole process was excellent especially from the perspective of the people you work with. Lou did a great job explaining the whole process as well as the products being used and checked in with us throughout the process. The install crew was friendly, did a great job and ensured the areas they worked in were cleaned up after they finished. I would absolutely work with them again.
