It holds a 4.8-star Google rating from 63 ratings and an A+ grade from the BBB. A 2026 customer said the company installed their fence and helped train their dog. A 2026 customer wrote that they had relied on Moriarty's for 14 years and had 5 pups trained on the invisible fence in that time. In a 2023 review, a customer with a 150lb Saint Bernard said one of the trainers was with them when starting her on the fence, and that the install was fast and easy. A 2023 customer said solid fencing was not allowed near the water at their house, so the invisible fence let their dog run the yard; that customer said the trainers came several times to train the dog and the family, and that after 5 years the system had been problem free. A 2023 customer said they had used the company for over 30 years and multiple installations, and called it on time, with reasonable prices and lots of follow-up. A recent Google customer of over 15 years says the trainer was late to both appointments with no call, and that a rep they spoke with was rude and told them it would be an hour late.
