Spotlight Home Services

Excellent results all around by Joshua. Passed the Fire Inspection with flying colors.

Jeff did a great job! He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and clean. I look forward to using him for our next project.

I had Jeff come out to what I thought was the greatest disaster imaginable following a tenant leaving an apartment unit. Before anything else, his calmness/confidence/professionalism knocked out my anxiety toward the situation, he was incredibly thorough and thoughtful toward assessing repair needs and understanding my goals, to then tailor the work plan, and provided a quick/near timeline. Then, when actually executing the work he and his team communicated consistently across the way to (very quickly) finish the job, exceeding expectations despite winter storms, holidays (Christmas and New Years), etc. I can't recommend Spotlight enough - they delivered quick, reasonably priced, and high quality work through one of the most financially stressful situations of my life. The team really know the nuances around repairs and tenant/realty needs, and - most importantly - make you feel completely supported along the way. Thanks again, Jeff, Jay, and team!

Stephen did an amazing job!!! Custom installed a gate in 7 degree weather. Highly recommend!!!

Steve & Rich were wonderful in my backyard today took care of everything I needed. Did a great job on the installation of the ring camera and also a good job on the wood repairing in the unit units..
