We had an excellent experience working with Kevin on several electrical projects at our home in Nashua. From the very first email, he was professional, responsive, and clear in his communication. He provided a straightforward estimate, explained the scope of work in detail, and was transparent about pricing and availability. What really stood out was his flexibility and willingness to help. We were in a bit of a bind without power to both of our bathrooms due to a switch issue. Even though he was booked out, Kevin made time in his schedule the very next day while he was already working nearby. That level of customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. Kevin was punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect circuits carefully, made sure everything was safe and up to code, and explained what he was doing along the way. His work was neat, and he left the area clean when he was finished. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. He also returned later that week to complete the furnace room smoke/CO detector wiring and address an issue he identified from prior work. Overall, we would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a reliable electrician who communicates clearly and stands behind his work. We would be happy to work with him again in the future.
