The company says it was established in Maine in 1963 and incorporated in 2003, and names Jon Morse as its president. A 2025 customer said Jim responded the same day to their request for a written assessment of their foundation. A 2024 customer said they fit the customer in quickly. A 2022 customer said the company answered the phone, came the next morning to go over details, had an estimate the following day and put the job on the schedule for the next two weeks. A recent 1-star reviewer says they were troubled to see the business owner expose a child to details from ongoing litigation, and would not trust the business with matters requiring discretion.
You can tell a great deal about a business owner’s judgment and character by observing how they speak to and around children. Based on what I personally witnessed, I was deeply troubled by the apparent willingness to expose a child to adult blame narratives and details from ongoing litigation. Children should never be recruited into adult disputes, shown legal filings to influence their views, or made to feel responsible for choosing sides. That reflects a serious lack of judgment, boundaries, and emotional maturity. If this is how sensitive family matters are handled, I would not feel comfortable trusting this business with my money, my confidence, or any matter requiring discretion and sound judgment.
