Do not hire this guy. He put wrong clapboards on a house did not finish the job and got very nasty with the owner when told he did not finish the job. What kind of business is this dude running? DO NOT HIRE HIM!! Should be reported!!
Nick and his crew dug up and replaced the rotted support structure for our front porch - he communicated well through the process (delayed from last November due to the early snow), worked fast, finished on budget and cleaned up the job well. Would recommend Mow N Maintain for this and any related exterior update work.
Nick and Crew are great! solid work and super reliable.
I initially hired Nick and his company to stain my large wood deck. In this he did a good job at a fair price. Then he identified additional work that he thought I might want to do (replacing cedar shingles, removing some rotten wood), and I agreed. But in this his performance fell very short. For example, his crew was sloppy in not putting down tarps when they were staining the wood on my upper porch to keep stain off my lower stone patio, with the result that I now have stain spots all over my patio. I showed these to Nick and he agreed that this was bad and he committed to clean these up. He and I also agreed to one last small job (installing a french drain). He made a hard commitment to a date to come out and finish all of this clean up and the french drain installation. But then he never showed up on that date. I tried to reach him on that day and many days thereafter by text, phone and email, but to no avail. He just disappeared without any explanation. Perhaps he landed some really big and lucrative job, but to leave me without cleaning up his sloppy work, with work unfinished and with no further communication is just inexcusable. I'd never use him for anything ever again.
