Pinnacle Properties describes itself on its website as a local team that designs, builds and maintains properties, with year-round landscaping and snow removal. On Houzz, the company says it offers residential and commercial landscaping and property maintenance throughout Chittenden County, Vermont. A recent customer picked Pinnacle from several quotes to remove an old brick front walkway and lay a new one with pavers, and said the company gave a very detailed scope of work and did what it said in the time frame promised. A recent first-time customer said Pinnacle came in as a low estimate, the work was as promised and site cleanup was thorough. A 2025 customer said the founder and owner, Matt Cohen, answered an online query and made the onsite visit, and that the bid included photographs of the designated work sites. A 2023 customer with standing water after heavy rain said Pinnacle placed a French drain with dry wells, built a rain garden, regraded the yard and replaced an old fence. A 2026 customer said Pinnacle did their lawn and gardens and also plowed and shoveled for them during the winter. A 2023 customer whose backyard got an irregular bluestone patio, a boulder wall, plantings and a pergola praised the quality of the work, but wrote that the proposed design was 20% more than requested with no breakdown of labor and materials, and that the schedule estimate was off by about six weeks.

Pinnacle Properties listened well, provided a very detailed scope of work, and did a fantastic job on our project. We were treated with respect, every employee we met was competent and professional, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result.
