Just no. Desire, never called me back, after they never picked up our recycling. Company does not care, only care about you paying them.

We live in Weirs beach and our trash guy is the best, he goes above and beyond! He noticed I brought back my recycling bin that was out earlier because I thought it wasn't the pickup day, and when he came around to get the recycling he remembered it had been out there earlier and so he went and dragged it back out to the curb for me. Then when he was done emptying it he dragged it back to the other side of the house too. Super nice guy!

Terrible drivers, teach them to stop at stop signs. Especially in neighborhoods when there are kids waiting for the bus

If you are looking for level service, that shows a disregard for property, noisy trash removal this is your company. My neighbor uses them the person picking up throws the barrels back making sure they don't land upright, they turn their truck around in neighbor's driveways and speed through our neighborhood on a narrow country road throwing caution to the wind. There's always someone new dealing with the trash while the driver stays put. Obviously little training is done in terms of property respect and safe driving. Being the only household serviced on the dead end road they want to get in and out as fast as possible making an accident inevitable. On the other hand, another neighbor uses a removal service that is totally opposite. Meaning responsible. They use a much larger truck but you'd never know they were working in the neighborhood. Both homes are next door neighbors one adjacent the other across the street.

You literally can never get ahold of this company to pay . I had to update one of my cards due to fraud and i've been trying to get ahold of Stateline for two months to update my payment. Everytime I call no one picks up and the mailbox is full; also, their online account system does not work. Now my trash cans are overflowing because they ceased pickup.
