Good luck getting a call back! He will start a project and never call back. He left my family on the hook indefinitely. No call, no show. Sadly I used to reccomend him! Don't waste your time... call Brocks, Chevallier, or really anyone else if you would like your project done.
Called for an emergency concerning our furnace since everyone else we usually used was booked, this company said they were booked solid as well, so we said we could schedule a day or 2 later if possible. They called back later saying they could fit us in same day, but asked for $200 upfront that day. When we said that wasn't feesible, they said "good luck w that" and hung up. Other HVAC repairmen we've used work out a payment agreement/schedule/contract, so this was a red flag for us. Inspired my fiancé to work on the furnace himself to fix the problem.
Horrible, unprofessional service: I had an appointment for Saturday, August 27th between 7 am and 4 pm. No one showed up. No one called. No one apologized. The company now refuses to do business with me because I asked for a technician who is competent and integrous. Although their technician didn't call or show, Murray's never apologized to me and ended our relationship because I asked for a technician who would show up and do the work. Murray's Plumbing offers horrible service and doesn't respect its customers.
Service was excellent. Furnace went out on one of the coldest days and Pete showed up within a couple hours after taking care of other previous calls. Up and running. Great job
