AAA Mechanical VT

I had a pipe leak after 10pm and called and was answered and advised what to do till Erik got there in the morning (to avoid triple the cost). He arrived and was communicative with what the issue was, he fixed it, and was punctual. I would highly recommend AAA Mechanical to anyone. Wonderful person. Wonderful business.

We recently contacted AAA Mechanical to ask whether they had installed the “coil thingy in the furnace that makes it blow cold air with the condenser outside.” The woman who answered the phone couldn’t have been friendlier—she laughed and knew exactly what I meant! She confirmed that yes, they do, and immediately offered to schedule a visit for an estimate. I was genuinely surprised—in today’s world, it’s rare to find a company so eager and willing to help right off the bat. We scheduled an appointment, and true to their word, they showed up. Erik and his partner (a sweet Boxer named Blue) arrived on time and were both professional and personable. Within 24 hours, we received a detailed estimate and moved forward with the project by placing a deposit. Despite a minor hiccup in equipment delivery (completely out of their control), everything was received and ready within just 2.5 weeks. On installation day, Erik and Blue showed up right on time. Eric got straight to work, was incredibly respectful of our space, and even made sure Blue wasn’t too disruptive—though, truthfully, Blue had a great time playing with our dogs! It was a smooth, enjoyable day, and I’d wager we all slept well that night. Erik worked efficiently and wrapped up before 5 PM. The job was done perfectly, and he left every area spotless. The pricing was more than fair, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations. I’m writing this review from a wonderfully cool, air-conditioned home and can confidently say we are extremely happy customers. Thank you, Erik—you’re a rare find, and we highly recommend AAA Mechanical!

I noticed that our toilet was leaking and had to scramble to find someone to come and fix the issue before it got too bad. Erik was at the house a day later and fixed the leak in no time! He was prompt and clean. Would highly recommend!!

We hired AAA Mechanical to install our Mini-split. We couldn’t be happier. They came when they said they would, did the work they promised and all with smiles and treats for our pupper. If you want great work done by some really, good and decent people …. give them a call. Well deserved 5 stars!

I called 4 different companies over two days. One didnt show, 2 never returned my calls but the 4th one did answer my call, AAA Mechanical VT. They answered my call, made me an appointment for the next day, with a very specific time window. Which is fantastic since many other companies always give you an 8 hour all day window and you never know when they will show. AAA mechanical showed up, they let me know when they were on their way too so I knew exactly when to expect them. They were nice as can be, fixed my split unit in no time and brought AC back to my kids room. We couldnt be happier with their work and they get all of our future business now. Thank you!
