A recent Thumbtack customer said Viviane's team left the kitchen sink shiny after a first cleaning, and that the next cleaning was already booked. A recent customer said the ladies arrived on time and cleaned, disinfected and organized the home. A customer who urgently needed a same-day cleaning said Viviane helped out last minute. A 2025 customer said the team cleaned a one-bedroom apartment, dusted every corner and folded the clothes. On Google, a 2024 customer said one deep cleaning turned into bi-weekly cleanings, with scheduling arranged around their three large dogs. A 2023 customer said the company helped them manage rental property turnovers. A recent Google customer who paid for a deep clean said cobwebs, the stovetop vent and fan, and light fixtures were missed and debris was left in corners. That customer also said bathroom stains described as hard water came off with a sponge.
I thought they were organized, careful, they gave attention to detail and very hard working.

Very disappointed, especially after paying for a deep clean. During the initial consultation, I was told these items would be addressed, but many areas were missed, including cobwebs, the stovetop vent/fan, light fixtures, and debris left in corners. Appliances were also left streaky. I was told bathroom stains were “hard water” and couldn’t be removed, but they came off easily with a sponge when I tried myself. The service felt more like a routine cleaning and rather than a deep clean. Unfortunately, the level of cleaning did not match what was promised, and I would not recommend this company.
It was a pleasure meeting Vivian and working with her to accommodate my home cleaning vision. The ladies were friendly, arrived on time, and did a great job cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing my home. It was noticeably more breathable and spotless. My husband passed away last year and I had limited capacity to grieve as well as take care of all the things needed to move forward and I’m grateful MV Cleaning gave me the opportunity to concern myself with one less responsibility. I highly recommend and will definitely consider using them again.
