Nandax Cleaning

A homeowner who had just bought a house wrote in April 2024 that the grime on the bath and stove was so thick they thought the tile was a different color — until Fernanda and her team cleaned it and the place shone. Nandax Cleaning runs out of Chelmsford and does residential and commercial work across northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire: regular and deep cleans, move-in and move-out, open houses, post-construction and janitorial. Its site describes a family-run business operating since 2018. What customers do after that first clean says as much as the clean itself. One writing in February 2026 had been with them five years; another in August 2025, six; an apartment customer in June 2024 counted two. A reviewer in October 2022 started with a rushed clean before a party they were hosting, came back for a deep clean, and ended up on a regular schedule. Twenty of the 34 reviews name Fernanda. The one-off jobs are just as specific. An August 2025 customer needed a last-minute clean for a new apartment and said Fernanda made time on short notice and cleaned some things the service doesn't normally cover. A May 2025 reviewer had a post-renovation clean. A June 2024 customer said the crew worked hard through a heatwave in a house with poor air conditioning. And in January 2025, a customer whose house had gone neglected during her husband's illness said the team brought it back to beauty and that she was in tears when they left. Small things get remembered: two reviewers in July 2023 mention the toilet-paper roses left folded in the bathroom, and one of them says the crew sings while they work. Four reviewers call the prices reasonable. A July 2026 customer booking a deep clean before moving in said they knew exactly what would be cleaned before anyone arrived, and that the price was worth it. A good fit for a household that wants the same cleaners on a standing schedule, and equally for a single clean before a move or after a renovation. Ask for the written list of what the clean covers, and settle the price of a first deep clean separately from the recurring visits.
