Angi and HomeAdvisor both list it at nine years in business and note that Spanish is spoken. The recurring-customer thread is the most telling thing here. A homeowner writing in November 2025 had been on an every-other-week schedule for over a year, describing the pricing as reasonable and the thoroughness consistent. In a 2022 review, another described starting with a deep clean and settling into a biweekly rotation, adding that the owner checked in routinely to confirm the scheduled times still worked. A different 2022 Google reviewer wrote about "Karine and her team" after giving up on larger chain services. The oldest written accounts run back to June 2021 on Angi and HomeAdvisor — one of them described a three-hour clean of an elderly father's long-neglected house, with the stove, floors and countertops left spotless. The dissent is worth reading closely. In November 2024 a customer of two years left a one-star account: after good early visits, a different set of cleaners kept arriving, spent time on the phone, and pushed for extra hours with what the reviewer considered thin explanations — plus a policy, attributed to the owner, that nobody should be in the house during a cleaning. That is the one substantive complaint in a history otherwise made of five-star entries, and it lands on crew consistency rather than the quality of the initial work. Two things about the ratings themselves. The eight reviews on Angi and the eight on HomeAdvisor are the same eight, mirrored across the two Angi-owned sites, and most of them date to June 2021 — Google carries the current history. And the company's own site describes it as a BBB accredited business; that is its own claim, not something confirmed against BBB here. If you want a standing rotation rather than a one-off clean, this is the shape of business that has held those relationships for years. Before booking, settle two things up front: who will actually be in your rotation and whether it stays the same crew visit to visit, and whether you are expected to be out of the house while they work.
