Natarelli and Son Roofing and Gutters - Natick, MA

A recent Thumbtack customer said Jeff gave a detailed estimate in minutes, the job was done in one day, and the yard looked like nothing was done. Natarelli and Son Roofing and Gutters handles roofs and gutters, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 179470, is active on the state registry under Joseph Natarelli. A recent customer who needed gutters repaired or replaced said copper gutters were required around a sunroom with a copper roof, a leak in a galvanized copper downspout was fixed, and the work was done in one day. A recent customer who asked for a quote to replace gutters and fit gutter guards said Joe explained the advantages of 6-inch gutters, and the team took just a few hours to take out the old gutters and fit the new ones. A recent customer said Jeff was helpful and responsive, the price was fair and the work was done efficiently. A 2025 customer who needed a new gutter quickly because of forecasted heavy rain said Joe was able to schedule them in during a very busy season, and a front gutter and leaf guard were installed. A 2021 customer said Joe's crew stripped three layers of an old roof, installed a new roof and cleaned up all the debris the same day. A 2020 customer said Joe Natarelli gave a quote on the spot, fit the small job in two days later, and his crew installed a new section of gutter in a little over 30 minutes. On Thumbtack it holds 5.0 stars from 55 ratings, and Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 4.7 stars from 69 ratings. Its BBB page shows an A+ grade and accreditation. A 2012 customer said the roof and garage siding work was good quality but communication was not: the dumpster was left in the driveway an unacceptable time after the roof phase, and the garage project was never completed in total, though the portion paid for was. A 2011 customer said the project was completed to their satisfaction in the end, but the one-day job took two months. A 2011 customer said they had to call the company back to fix a ridge cap that looked crooked, and that adhesive was spilled on a small flat roof; that customer said the price was as quoted apart from a second dumpster after a fourth roof layer turned up.
