Its own site says the work is run by Louis Rondeau, whom it describes as a fourth-generation roofer with over 30 years in the trade. The business presents itself as a specialist rather than a general roofer: unpainted natural metals, custom standing-seam and flat-lock panel work, plus training, consulting and design. Rondeau's own page also lists teaching credentials — more than 100 hands-on metal-roofing training classes across the U.S. and Canada since 2010, an OSHA 303/305 Outreach Trainer certification and a Lead Safety certification. Those are the company's own claims and are not verified here. The only third-party record on file is a trade-press feature in an architectural sheet-metal publication describing a standing-seam copper facade the firm installed on a renovated house, in which the homeowner is quoted praising the finished work. That is a single, favourable but narrow data point: there are no customer reviews on file, no platform star rating, and no complaint record either way. Worth asking about before booking: the business publishes no street address, no insurance statement and no pricing information, and a specialist working largely alone will have a schedule to fit into. New Hampshire does not register roofers or home-improvement contractors, so there is no state licence to check for this trade — ask directly for proof of liability insurance and for references from copper or zinc jobs of a similar size.
