A recent customer cancelled tick and mosquito service after about five years, saying the first mosquito spray was charged at $105 against a $60 quote and that sales staff Nick and Casey would not refund the $45 difference. A 2022 customer on the Tick Ranger program said the company promises to spray again free of charge if you find a tick, and honored that in a tick-heavy year. A 2024 customer said the company also sprays their yard for ticks and that they had not pulled a tick off their dogs since day one. A 2025 customer said the company aerated and seeded the lawn in addition to the maintenance treatments. A 2025 customer said they had the same tech for years, who they believed was named Rich, and that he walked them through what they did and did not need. A 2025 customer said the office measured the property from a satellite image and left the grass along the driveway off the order; when they refused to pay more, the manager took them off the schedule. A 2024 customer said they were told to expect one price per visit, but several applications in one visit raised the price. Headline: Nick and Casey cost your company $1550 in annual services over a $45 mistake :) We cancelled our tick/mosquito service today after ~5 years of being loyal and good customers due to very unfortunate customer service from sales personnel; Nick and Casey. In summary, we were incorrectly over-charged on our first round of mosquito spray this week. The price was about double what the original mosquito salesperson, Nick, quoted during our initial conversation. I called to resolve the issue and expected a very mindful customer service solution but instead was talked down to, laughed at, and was told that I must have "misunderstood" in a stellar customer service performance from both Nick and Casey. Here's the wildest part - the original quoted price for adding the mosquito spray was $60 and the incorrect charge was $105. I even offered to continue service at the new price if they acknowledged the issue and resolved the first application cost. Because they weren't willing to do the right thing, I cancelled both my tick and mosquito services - costing them $1550 in annual services instead of refunding me $45!!! Well done, Nick and Casey!!!

I just started with NaturalLawn of America for lawn care but have had these wonderful people out to the property to spray for ticks and all those pesky bugs. The dogs and us have had only 2 ticks in 3 years of living in the woods. Had to call them and they came the next day to respray and enforce the ban on bugs! I'll send another review after the start of this year to inform everyone how the natural products work on the grass and weeds.
