Nauset Gardens

Nauset Gardens, the dba of Sempervirens, Inc., describes itself as a Cape Cod landscape company offering property maintenance, stonework and hardscaping, plantings and garden design, fencing, seasonal clean-ups and irrigation for residential and commercial properties. The company names John S. Berlane as its founder. On Google it shows 4.8 stars from 4 ratings. In a 2012 Houzz review, a customer described a project on a house built into a slope: stairs built into a steep incline, a patio on the sunny side of the property, and stone walls tying the design together. That 2012 reviewer said the design came from George Reilly of Land Design Associates of Orleans, Massachusetts, and that John Berlane and his crew from Nauset Gardens made it a reality. The same 2012 reviewer called the owner a hands-on site manager who made sure the project was completed to a high standard.
